“Harvest Salad In A Jar!”

One of the tricks that helps me make better food choices is having healthy fruits and veggies made up and on hand. To help your body feel good, it’s recommended that we get 7-13 Servings of fruits and veggies each day.


Here’s a few of my go-to foods, for when I’m hungry or just want to munch on something:
