What is Interactive Metronome?

Interactive Metronome (IM) provides a structured, goal-oriented process that challenges the client to synchronize whole-body hand and foot exercises to a precise computer-generated reference tone.

How the Interactive Metronome Works:

Interactive Metronome integrates sight, sound and physical movements to improve attention, concentration, motor planning and sequencing. The Interactive Metronome works hand in hand with the concept of neuro-plasticity, the brain's ability to adapt and grow in response to your experiences and environment.
