Updated: Apr 4

Melissa wants to be at the top of her game! So, she did the Interactive Metronome training sessions to get her brain synced and processing at it's fastest! The Interactive Metronome helped her be more organized in her school work. She noted that it is much easier to learn the violin, since doing her Interactive Metronome sessions. She also has to be organized for all of her extra-curricular activities and the Interactive Metronome is the tool to help!

Melissa was able to lower her scores from 300 Milli-Second Task Average down to 20 Milli-Second Task Average, which is Superior! This makes her brain processing speed faster and improved. So, it's easier to be efficient and organized in her daily tasks.

What is Interactive Metronome?

Interactive Metronome (IM) provides a structured, goal-oriented process that challenges the client to synchronize whole-body hand and foot exercises to a precise computer-generated reference tone.

How the Interactive Metronome Works:

Interactive Metronome integrates sight, sound and physical movements to improve attention, concentration, motor planning and sequencing. The Interactive Metronome works hand in hand with the concept of neuro-plasticity, the brain's ability to adapt and grow in response to your experiences and environment.
