The power of positive thinking tells me to wish you a happy early spring! Why do we leave it up to a groundhog in Pennsylvania?

Here's praying Punxsutawney Phil cooperates with an early spring! Not sure why the groundhog needs coffee, but I'm thinking that's a good sign.
