Hey, hey! We had so much fun 🤩 in April that we decided to continue with a new healthy step challenge…

It’s the May Step and Water Challenge. The goal is to try to get 8,000 steps a day and to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 100 pounds, your goal is to drink 50 ounces of water every day.
