March is right around the corner 🍀 the perfect time to refocus on self-care! Here are 10 fun tips for a feel-good March clover 🍀 Pick a couple and see how they work for you!

🌷 Enjoy the Outdoors: Spend a little time outside each day and observe the changing season. Notice the bulbs sprouting, the shifting light, and the budding leaves.

🚶‍♀️ Get Moving: Whether it’s a walk, stretch, dance, run, or cycle, get your joints moving and heart pumping. If you're at home, try some squats while the kettle boils, or go up and down the stairs a few times.

🚰 Stay Hydrated: It's simple but effective. Keep a glass of water by your bed to drink when you wake up. Have a large glass or bottle of water ready when you start working or homeschooling.

🧘‍♀️ Mind Your Posture: Sit up nice and tall at your desk, and lift your head to look around as you walk. It can really change how you feel.

🍍 Eat Nourishing Foods: Introduce a new food each week or aim for more than your ‘5 a day’ of fruits and veggies. Try a new recipe that’s packed with vegetables. Don't forget your Juice Plus+!

💤 Prioritize Rest: Set a bedtime for yourself. Consider turning off the wifi at 10 pm to avoid the temptation of binge-watching. Create a calming bedtime routine.

🤣 Find Joy in Small Things: Discover what makes you laugh or brings you happiness. Share a new joke, savor your first cup of tea, start a new notebook, or revisit a favorite book.

💕 Appreciate Yourself: You’re incredible! Take a moment to appreciate your body and all it does for you every day. Show yourself some love.

🗒 Practice Gratitude: Gratitude is a powerful tool for wellbeing. Before getting up, think of three things you’re thankful for. Writing them down can be even more impactful.

🧠 Try Something New: Stimulate your brain by learning a new skill, trying a new recipe, borrowing roller skates, or watching a random ‘how to’ video on YouTube.

Remember, it’s about finding what works for you and fits your life right now. Which ones will you try?

Here’s to a fantastic March!
