Setting Holiday Health Goals

So we are going to start with setting some health goals as we head into the next 8 weeks.


Here is a simple worksheet you can print off and have at your desk or on the refrigerator.


Set some priorities for yourself and write them down. Some ideas might be to get at least 20

minutes of exercise on your schedule everyday. Or maybe it could be to practice intermittent fasting for the next 8 weeks.


An important one would be, to make sure you stick to your healthy routines and add more exercise. Maybe 🤔 look into a local yoga or exercise class you can go to do help de-stress and have some me time.


Print this out and write down your goals. Once you have a plan you’ll be ahead of the game going into the Holidays!
