7 Ways to Take Better Care of Your "Brain & Body"

Make quality sleep part of your self-care routine

Take care of yourself by taking care of your gut

Exercise daily as part of your routine

Eat right 7-13 servings of fruits and veggies a day

Say no to others, and say yes to your self-care

Take a break by getting outside and enjoying "Mother Nature"

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day


All of these have an affect on the "Brain and Body". There's a lot more to taking care of your "Brain & Body", but you're worth it.
