The Shred10 program is a fun, effective and doable jump-start to better health! With these 10 days you can change one habit or multiple habits. It's up to you. You'll belong to a Private Healthy Living Revolution Facebook Community. With these 10 simple guidelines you will shred the food and habits that are not serving you and will focus on clean living and flooding your body with whole food nutrition.


It starts, Monday, January 4, through Wednesday, January 13, for just 10 days. There will be healthy recipes and exercise recommendations and you get to choose which ones fit for you!
