Last year, Cueillette Urbaine assembled a Tower Farm featuring over 300 Tower Gardens on the rooftop of La Défense Ouest in Paris!
Cueillette Urbaine @cueillette_urbaine is the leader of urban farming in France. They have set up aeroponic Tower Farms on the rooftops of a cooking school, a hospital, the Fédération Française de Football and La Défense Ouest.
These are the same towers that I’ve shared about. We are living in times when having control over your own food can be a game changer.
